We select sites based on soil, surroundings, population, services, and policies to ensure viability and performance. The Equatorial Stargate, our main site, is located 65 km northeast of Quito at Latitude 0°. This position offers wide azimuth and minimal interference.

Equatorial Stargate provides global connectivity via advanced sub-sea fiber/cable systems like SAm-1, ARCOS-1, PAN-AM, and PCCS. Domestically, it’s integrated with a high-capacity DWDM network, ensuring reliable, high-speed internet connectivity throughout Ecuador, connecting LatZero Link Network ground stations.

The Stargate site draws its primary electrical energy from the grid and features 24/7 backup power generation systems, ensuring uninterrupted operations and meeting international standards.
